True Grit Leadership is a non-profit 501(c)3, that equips and encourages people in their leadership, using horses (Equine Assisted Learning method) and retreat (stepping back from the day to day to learn a fresh perspective).  Strengths are highlighted while interacting with the horses (all from the ground, no horse experience necessary) serve as metaphors for life and leadership. Classes include: activities with the horses, journal/reflection time, debrief (learning and action steps). Classes and workshops are held in Cottonwood, AZ. We serve teams groups, families and individuals who desire to learn, heal or grow in order to become more effective in their leadership. This benefits the families, organizations, and our community.
